@scab-9374 I hope you have an honest buyer. What you can do is buy a return shipping label on Pirateship.com and save it as a jpg format. Then send it to the buyer in eBay messages.

Pirateship prices are the same or better than eBay labels. If the buyer doesn't use the label then Pirateship will refund you for it in 30 days.

Unfortunately there's no way to force the buyer to return the item so I hope they co-operate.

Always wait until you get the item back to refund the buyer.

Respond promptly to eBay Money Back Guarantee return requests and accept them even if you don't agree. If you don't accept the return the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund, you get a defect, buyer gets to keep the item, and you don't get your sellers fees back.
