I refunded an order before shipping it per customer request; when it is removed from the unshipped?

Question

Hello - I refunded a customer before shipping the item. Customer asked for it. Now it is showing in my order as unshipped. I cannot cancel the order - it is saying 'full refunded order" therefore cannot cancel.

What can I do, so it does not show up any more as open order /unshipped item on my side please?

Would you someone know?

Hi @isabella005

For the future, cancel the transaction (which refunds the buyer automatically) rather than use the refund option.

As you've fully refunded and can't cancel however, you can archive the transaction to get it out of your list. That will allow you to still view it if you need to. The archive option is found in the dropdown next to the order transaction.
