I refunded an order as buyer had not received. Order has now been delivered and buyer wants to pay
I refunded an order to a buyer as tracking indicated it had been delivered to California rather than ohio. Post office was not helpful. Buyer has notified me that item has now been delivered to her and she would like to pay for it. How do I handle this??? Looking for the vehicle to get paid.

If the buyer wants to re-pay you, you can give them your Paypal address.
