I refunded an item that seemed lost but now the tracking is showing it’s still in its way
So, I refunded an order that had apparently stalled out, for about two weeks, at a USPS facility. And actually it happened with a few items. Can I still try and get payment for those items after they get delivered even though I refunded the buyers their payments already. Is there a way to recoup the loss? Thank you

Ebay introduced a new policy recently regarding this.
In general, if a Seller uses an eBay label and the Buyer opens an Item Not Received case, if the Seller issues a refund from that case, once eBay sees the item is delivered, they should reimburse the Seller.
