Mentor3 years agoMessage the buyer and explain your mistake, and that you would like the item returned. Once they agree, create a label outside of eBay and send it in a message.
Open a free account at pirateship.com. Create the label and print it to a jpeg file that you can message to the buyer.
The buyer may not respond, or may have already disposed of the item - closing the return told him you did not want the item returned.

·3 years agoAlways refund after the item has been returned. The buyer now has no reson to do the return.

Don't know why the buyer should be kicked off of Ebay for your mistake?
Once you refund, the case is closed and the buyer has no reason to return the item.
