I refunded a buyer for an item not received and it was just delivered… What should I do
How should I handle a situation where I shipped an item and the tracking never updated and now the item shows it was delivered

·2 years agoIf you mean you shipped, parcel was delayed, you refunded buyer, and then parcel was delivered… well, you will have to work with your buyer for repayment.
eBay cannot force the buyer to repay or pull the funds back from the buyer.
