OP3 years agoseller rejected return March 02/23 the same day I requested the return, thouh the app looked as if I can continue on the return process there wasn't an option for me to return, eventually it says case closed, latter I wrote him I can pay the return shipment he didn't respond I paid $160 USD.

Mentor3 years agoThen you selected "doesn't fit" instead of "Item Not as Described", which the seller can't refuse, as the reason for the return
You will now have to open the return for the correct reason with the payment processor, and now pay for the return cost instead of the seller.

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
