I recieved an Item that was defective that I already paid for
I wanted to let you know I understand you don't accept returns HOWEVER, When I went to install this printhead i kept getting an "Error Message" which was " Can Not Recognize Print Head" NOW, I installed a Different BRAND NEW Print Head and it worked Now, Here this only issue what can we do if the Print Head I received From You was Defective? I am an Experienced Canon Plotter Technician. So I know what I am doing and I am not pulling a Scam, I wouldn't lie about this either. How can we resolve this issue?

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. Or Defective.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
