i recently sold a imac pro that i had for literally a month and now the buyer is saying it is locked
The lock screen is apparently showing that it is an Amazon company owned laptop. I have never worked for Amazon and literally only used it for a trip to watch some movies on then decided to get rid of it. The person cannot show me anything except the back of the mac with the serial number which does match mine but i know that backing can be changed. It was sold to a buyer in china but went to a someone here in the states first and then went to china i assume. What can I do in this situation, I believe if they return it it won't actually be the laptop i sent. Am I screwed??
