I recently relocated due to a military move and no longer have access to my previous address.
I recently relocated due to a military move and no longer have access to my previous address. A buyer return was delivered there before I realized the return address on my account needed updating. I’m asking for help documenting the issue and seeing whether there are any recovery options.

Mentor4 months agoIf you can't get it forwarded to you and no one claims it, it should return to the buyer. In that case the best you can do, if the buyer is still willing to cooperate and return it is to send them your own return label. Do this with a free PirateShip account and print a pay-on-use return label that you can email the buyer.
