Hi @hryhluk0

When you signed the user agreement (by virtue of opening an account and purchasing an item), you agreed to pay for the items you committed to buy.

As already advised, the unpaid item strikes will roll off your record after one year.

When you do not pay for items sellers can cancel your purchase and give you an Unpaid Item Strike on your account. When you get two of these strikes sellers can block you from purchasing their items. Each strike lasts 12 full months from when you received it, Once you are down to one strike you will be able to purchase again. Not all sellers have this block set so there will be some sellers you will be able to purchase from. Unfortunately it will be hit or miss to see which sellers you can purchase from.
