I Recently made an error on a PRE-ORDER LISTING
Good afternoon,
Like I said in the subject I recently made an error on a pre-order a listing. Pre-orders for a New Line cards that is being released by TOPPS for the 2026 season of MLB in the middle of February. This error has been corrected and I have been in full contact with the nine customers who placed orders. So we are all good customers are fine because they read in the listing the item is not being released until the middle of February. The problem is eBay keeps telling me to ship the item ......ship the item ........ship the item. The gas was I forgot to set the handling date for 40 days. I'll does anybody have any ideas on this...... I could kick myself in the pants on those because I have been doing pre-orders in the past but I never made a mistake until now.

You can
1) Wait and ship late
or
2) Cancel the sale and refund the buyers, relist and have them buy again.
There isn't anyway to make the ship by date change after the item is purchased.
