Hello, when I went to register my item on the company website, they informed me it was already registered in December 2020. It does appear unused and works, but I am upset that I can't get the company warranty because it's only good for 1 year after purchase. Is it still considered new if it's over 4 years old? Seller doesn't accept returns and responded " Sorry for any misunderstanding. The item has never been used. It is new open box."
