    I received the wrong part.
                     

    having contacted the seller, I was assured the problem would be resolved, but never followed through with it. In trying to get Ebay to intervene, I can't get any help....I have been VERY patient, but this is getting on my nerves...

    You need to utilize the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file a Return Request within 30 days from date of delivery.

     

    • Within 30 days after delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “received wrong item". Attach a photo.
    • The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
    • If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

    Hello,

     I tried all that. I informed the seller I received the wrong part. He indicated that a replacement would come...it never did...and I am still looking for answers....I'm getting no help on this. At least let me make a comment on the page...this has NOT been a good experience, and I want people to know...

    If you filed the Return Request within 30 days from delivery,  and the seller did not respond with either a prepaid return shipping label or a refund, did you go back to your request after 3 business days to ask Ebay to step in to help you?
