I received the wrong item from seller and seller hasnt responded to my request to resolve.
The seller advertised per photo and wording a 7 ounce moisturizer and shipped a 3.4 ounce.
Seller hasn't responded to my request to resolve the issue. I paid through PayPal. Thanks in advance for anyone's help. This is my first bad experience on Ebay.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your purchase history and click on return item. Your reason is not as described. The seller has 3 days to either send a paid return label for you to return the item or refund you outright. If you are refunded outright, you do not need to return the item. If they haven't done either by the 4th day, return to the case and ask eBay to step in and they will force a refund. This is the eBay 30 day money back guarantee.
