I received the item, but the item is listed as not received and the seller hasn't received his funds

Question

Any ideas on how to mark an item received? The tracking got messed up and the system shows the item still in transit. I did get a link to rate them item, and I did rate the item, but it hasn't changed the item to received.

The seller hasn't received his funds because the system doesn't think the item was received.

There is nothing you can mark. Leaving feedback helps.

the seller will receiver their funds about 30 days after the original expected delivery, even if it doesn't have tracking showing delivered.
