but NOT all the pieces were in the box. I messaged the seller 3 times, but no response. Does anyone know the number to customer service? This obtuse way they have set up is so stupid!!

If an item is not as described and the seller will not cooperate, file a "not as described" return to return the item at your seller's expense for a full refund.
