I received stolen merchandise

I had ordered a new straight talk phone I received it I called Walmart to activate it and the phone was never scanned from what Walmart told me is that it was stolen everything this is a crock of s*** that eBay is letting people so stolen merchandise and ripping off people

â€ƒI'm in the hospital recovering from a very severe car accident which left me paralyzed on my waist down and they won't even give me my money back for everyone shopping on eBay I would not buy any electronics from eBay I hope my tablet but I'm waiting for works the proper way and I hope that's not another stolen merchandise
