I received someone else's merchandise (and invoice) instead of mine.
Shipper put someone else's merchandise and invoice into my envelope. Ebay Assistant keeps giving me choices which do not fit the situation. Ebay Assistant should be outlawed unless the interaction with customers is more effective.
