I received fake item from seller instead $18 gold. nobody in customer service can help me
when I received my order . I did not like it . I ask for return because item was pre return code .i was waiting for code to return bracelet seller did not send the code.then I keep it and close return ,the day after I show bracelet to jwelery store she said it is fake.I paid $98. I email seller many time no answer, what should I do.I am old ebay customer it is not fair I lose money .

Mentor3 years agoYou closed the return, so you can not open another one on ebay. File for a refund with the payment processor you used to pay for the item.

OP3 years agoi do not know why ebay did not listen to me I close return because the seller did not answer my email for code return . this item was returnable with code I did not have code It was seller responsibility to send return code, but he did not even answer. then I close return the day after I show bracelet to jwelery store they said it is fake. closing return dosn t change the issue of to buy something fake from ebay. I pay 98$ for fake bracelet because ebay stupid policy. I am ebay customer for more than 10 years . I did not expect this. I do not trust ebay anymore, to buy something in future. flower24a

Mentor3 years agoNEVER closed a return or let it expire without getting resolution or a refund. All you needed to do was go back to the return on the fourth day and ask ebay to step in. Ebay would have then refunded your money without even requiring you to return the item.
Now you need to file for a refund with the payment processor, do not close or let it expire without resolution.
