I need urgent help with order 16-14575-32191. I received counterfeit glasses, the return was auto-approved with a USPS label, but I am in Bolivia where USPS doesn´t operate. The seller is hostile. Please open your DMs so I can send detail.

Since you are in Bolivia, the seller will have to send enough money to cover the shipping. The seller can send the payment through Paypal. Your registration shows you are located in the USA. Did you use a freight forwarder to receive the glasses? If so, then you need to ship the glasses back to the freight forwarder with the return shipping label from the seller inside the package. The freight forwarder then needs to use the label to send the glasses back to the seller.
