I received and returned a mislabeled item but ebay ruled for the buyer
I purchased the six million dollar man complete series blue ray from a third party seller in New York. Realized the DVD set was pictured so i inquired of the seller. He said it is the DVD but it is too late to cancel the order. I then requested a return label for when I received it. I informed eBay and an agent instructed me to close out the return case as I had not received the item yet. Seller initially used a bogus tracking number. I received the item and returned it same day using the provided return shipping label. Item has been received in MO. Ebay has ruled in his favor because I closed the case, though at eBays request. How do I fix this. I have no item.
