I received and accepted an offer but item is still active
I have an item for sale that I sent out two offers on. One person made a counteroffer and I accepted. Usually when I accept an offer the item becomes inactive and is listed as sold. This item is still open and has a pending on it and waiting for payment. There is no option to contact buyer or send payment reminder. Is it because there were two sent offers? Both have expired now
