I received an order that obviously was not has described.

after opening the sweater not only was not new has described (NWOT) it also look like it had been washed and. shrunk! it certainly appeared very small and the material felt dirty. so I'm asking for a return of all of my money including taxes and shipping.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
