I received an item that was not what I ordered. What should I do with it?

I ordered two premium brand EDC flashlights, and received 2 low end Chinese EDC flashlights instead. I've already filed for a return. It's obvious and deliberate fraud. I don't want any liability by keeping the 2 off brand flashlights, but I'm not gonna pay to ship them back. What should I do with these items?

About what I figured. Since the fraud was so deliberate I don't want to give the seller any cause to say I did something and am filing a false return. I'm keeping all the paperwork that arrived with the item. Fortunately it was shipped from Amazon, and I don't have an Amazon account, so I couldn't have ordered it.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
