I received an item that was misrepresented in the description and seller wor't cover cost of return
I bought a set of window trip overlay for my 2020 Chevy equinox. The description said it fits 2018-2022 models.
I asked for clarification prior to purchase that it would fir knowing the models are different. THe seller said "OK"
They shipped the item without confirming. It didn't fit as expected.
I submitted a return request which they quickly approved. They then sent me the return address in CHina.
I cant even seem to see how to return it. I keep looking for a way to get ebay involved but cant find the button. I think since they rapidly apporved the request, it is off their plate. Now, I'm stuck with a $156 product that I suspect will cost $150 to return.

Mentor2 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label, send you the money for a shipping label which he won't do, or else refund. If he does none of these, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund without a return.
