OP4 months agoIf the item is damaged does the seller pay return shipping?

·4 months agoYes, and even if they have a no returns policy, they still have to accept the return and pay shipping.

Mentor4 months agoIf the item does not arrive in the condition described in the listing, the seller is responsible for paying for return shipping if the seller will not refund outright.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
