I received an item not as advertized and am unable to get refund.
I notified ebay when item did not arrive on day tracking said it was delivered. It arrived the next day and I reported it delivered. A few days later I wanted to use the item and it didn't work. It was advertized as working. Now if I try to get ebay help I cannot get anything done.
