Do you have any outstanding eBay orders? If so, compare the tracking to see if the seller sent you the wrong item and file a "not as described" return in that case.
If you did not order anything, you are not obligated to return something that was addressed to you, though some folks might try to contact the seller if possible to see if the item can find its way to the intended recipient.
