-Do you mean INSTEAD of what you ordered? if so file a return via your Purchase history using the reason that the Item is not as describe - does match description ... "
-Do you mean you got something in the mail that you did not order?
-If unopened refuse it and return it to the Post office
-If opened and there is no record of the purchase then either keep it or discard it
