I received an item I did not buy
I want to return an item that I did not buy. Someone out there is waiting for it, but I don't know how to identify the seller on ebay. There was no e-bay generated receipt with seller ID or item number. I have the seller's name and address. How do I proceed to find the seller so I can send the item back.

If you are, check the tracking number and see if it matches any order you're waiting for.

OP3 years agoThanks for the quick reply. I've compared the numbers and nothing matches. I welcome any other ideas.
