I received an empty box. I paid over 250. For an axe and received a box with the end ripped open.

I contacted the seller and was told I needed to report it to ebay. Ebay ask the seller for a tracking number. And the case is closed with no appeal. I get nothing. I'm very disappointed in ebay and the seller. I've spent thousands and have not had a problem. Now I don't know if I can depend on ebay or not.

You need to open a return instead of a not received claim. The item is not as described because it is an empty box.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
