I received an alert about a buyer who purchased an item. What to do next?

I received an alert from eBay about a buyer. It said to contact the shipper to get the item back. The item was going international and was given to agent in Illinois . How do I do this through USPS?

That sounds frustrating.

Typically, if eBay cancels the sale, you get to keep the buyer's payment.

eBay is removing the buyer from the platform for some inappropriate behavior.

If the buyer paid, that money should still be in your account. Don't worry about that part.

When they do that, they remove the transaction from history, which cancels the sale.

It isn't feasible to retrieve your item from the hub Illinois. eBay will protect you.
I wouldn't do anything at this time.
