I received a return which wasn't meant for me
This week (mid-August 2025), I received a return from a former buyer (May 2025) but the item they sent back was not purchased from my store. They used the mailing label associated with their May return. I don't have a way to contact them to tell them they returned it to the wrong seller. Also, I definitely don't want to be charged for the mailing label again. What should I do? I can't find a way to let Ebay or the buyer know what happened.

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
