i received a return that was supposed to go to someone else.
trying to get in touch with ebays customer service is a joke but its not too funny. i received a return that was supposed to go to someone else. it,s not my item and i don,t want to waste alot of my time trying to get it to the rightful owner. of someone has a way to get in touch with ebay without having to jump through the hoops please help me get this item to the rightful owner. i,m not going to waste time reading a bunch of articles. i,m just trying to do the right thing but ebay is making it very difficult. again this is not my item its a return that was sent to me by mistake.

OP5 months agoI didn't know what it was and it is addressed to me with an ebay label so i opened it.

Mentor5 months agoYou can still return it to the sender, but you will need to pay the postage.

OP5 months agoI should not have to pay postage, its not my item. it has an ebay return label on it so I probably have already paid for the original postage.

Mentor5 months agoIf the packaged is unopened you can mark it "return to sender" and they can ship it to the correct person.
