I received a request to upgrade the shipping after the purchase as he already purchased usps ground thru eBay shipping , he would like to pay to get his item faster after purchase, not sure how to go about it , I would like to help my buyer with this but I already purchased usps ground and a tracking number was provided

You can cancel the label that you purchased and buy another. I would not buy the upgraded label until he pays the

upcharge. The refund for the cancelled label takes about 3 weeks.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
