I received a refund I did not request
In September I bought something through Ebay with PayPal credit and received the product. On Thanksgiving I received a refund for the amount and a message from the "seller" saying Ebay hasn't released their money and asked if I would mind sending them the funds again to their PayPal account. I have contacted PayPal about the fact that I did not request the refund and they are just allowing the credit to my account to go through. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Thank you.
