I Received a Refund but No Return Label
Hello, I purchased an item that the seller said was like new. When I received the item, there were dents and a big corner gash on the tablet. I sent photos. I asked for a refund. Seller agreed and I received a refund but no return label. Ebay says Status: Return Closed. Seller says he cannot generate a return label and wants me to contact eBay. The chat bot took me around in circles. Can someone tell me what should I do? Thank you

Sounds like the seller refunded you too soon. They could have issued the return label inside the claim you filed. Then you could ship the item back. Once the seller gets it, they then should issue the refund.
If you are still willing to return the item. The seller can go to USPS, or Pirate ship or PayPal or any number of places to purchase a return shipping label, then email it to you in a PDF file using Ebay messages.
