I received a partial refund only!!
I bought two pairs of boots - total $42.32. I returned both boots back to seller. I personally paid for the UPS return out of my own pocket and was expecting a full refund of the 42.32
Instead, the seller refunded me 8.98 for one pair of boots and 20.39 for the other which = 29.37.
Seller still owes me 12.95.
Seller is not responding to me. What should I do?
