I received a package I did not order.

This weekend I received a package from an ebay seller that I did not order. It does not appear in my purchases. It is addressed to me at my address, but I did not order it. The AI chat is not helpful. It won't help me since I haven't ordered anything in the past 90 days. What do I do? I am concerned that the seller had my name and address available to them.

It sounds like the seller accidentally switched shipping labels. Both buyers need to file Returns Requests for Item Not as Described. The seller will provide return shipping labels. When the sellers gets the items back, s/he needs to relist both items. The buyers need to repurchase, and this time, makes sure the right item goes to the right buyer.

I know you said you did not purchase anything in the past 90 days. Do you think the seller may have gotten your name/address from a much earlier purchase?
