Open the message to see what it says. it may be an inquiry from a potential buyer.

The sender of the message was registered today and is now NARU; almost certainly a scammer/spammer sending phony verification requests/links. Such scams are often sent through new accounts with names like eguard1234 or verify9876.

If eBay sends you an eBay message, it will be addressed to you by full name, and will not come from a random username with a number in it; it will come from eBay and will appear in your eBay messages under "From eBay". eBay will never ask you to copy and paste something into your browser address bar -- that is something scammers often do, though.
