I received a item from not the seller but a place that sells movies
The seller sent me my movie but it was from a distribution center that sells movies and it was not from them, what can I do since the seller sent me a item that was not from them but another place

The seller may have used a drop-shipper. Is there anything wrong with the movie? If there is, eBay’s Money Back Guarantee will still apply.

OP2 years agoThe movie came From Distrubtion Center Movie Zyng 901 Bilter Rd Suite 150 Auro IL, 60502, I got a invoice with it , and a different order no than the seller provided, yes the movie skips and don't play.

File a return request from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the return request.
If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days, then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
