I read in a sellers information that he would accept 835 for an iPad, but he left the bidding go on
So I bid the amount he said would be a sale. ($835) But he did not contact me and the bidding is now $845. Is this something I can put in his reviews?

·3 years agoOnce there is a bid s/he cannot accept a Best Offer. Since there are bids it is likely that the first one occurred between the time you sent it and the time s/he saw it and was ready to have accepted it (check out your feedback profile etc.). Assuming you are talking about a legitimate Best Offer as opposed to you simply sending the seller a message, which has no effect on the listing.
ETA: And if the Make Offer button was not available when you saw the listing so you sent a message instead it was because there already was a bid and, again, Best Offer was no longer available.
