I purchased two items on ebay from the same seller. They did not ship and no contact with seller
I purchased two items on ebay from the same seller and they have not shipped. I requested to cancel purchases since it's been over a week and still no tracking no contact with seller. Its been 10 days and I cannot file an item not received case now and the status is pending cancellation. No way to talk to ebay at all.

There is no need to speak with eBay.
First of all, you don't know if the seller shipped. You only know he didn't upload a tracking # to the transaction.
You can't open an item not received case until after the last estimated delivery date has passed. That's what you agreed to when you made the purchase.
Here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

OP4 months agoYes that is known. The items have not shipped and the seller is not responding to messages. Their store policy is ships within 3 business days. Its been over ten Calander days. I filed a Cancel Request but no replys. No delivery date because the items worth total of about $350 have not shipped. I cant file item not received cases because the cancel requests say pending. The seller has to resolve that. seller not responding and no way to get ahold or send a message to ebay CS. I was on ebay before you could post photos of your items. This is the second issue I have had with a seller falling off the planet in two months. Last month it was a $700 item that the seller finally contacted the other day and said they missed the messages. Anyway my issue is I cannot contact ebay CS. The seller has to respond to the cancel requests and what happens if they do not?

You'll have to wait until the cancellation request times out (after three days) AND the estimated delivery date has passed before you can open an item not received case.
The order details for the transaction in your Purchase History DOES show you an estimated delivery date.
