I purchased this item, and then filed a return only a couple of hours after I made the purchase now the seller is refusing to refund

Hello, I made this purchase from true-buy for a video capture card and I made the purchase and after a very short amount of time, a few hours I submitted a return. Now I’m hearing nothing back from the seller, I would like my money back what should I do?

Hopefully you asked to cancel and did not file a Return Request as you have nothing to return for ebay to grant you a refund.

How long has it been since you initiated the cancel order or return order?

Sellers are not required to be immediately available to cancel or refund or accept returns.

Sellers are also not required to cancel the order.

Give it a bit more time.

In the meantime, are you sure you want to return the item?

The seller could still ship your item and you would have to deal with the return once you receive the video card.
