I purchased "The Age of Disclousure" all region blu-ray DVD. What I received doesn't play.
The DVD you sent me doesn't play on any of my computers or my Blu-ray DVD player so I bought an all region Blu-ray DVD player and it won't play on that ether. I paid for "The Age of Disclosure" DVD and I got a worthless disk that doesn't play on anything. Will you please send me one that works?
I have already bought a new All Region Blu-Ray DVD player because of this and it doesn't work on that ether. I really don't want to spend any more money. Your sites are too hard for me to understand.
This is the only place I have found that will even let me say what's wrong.
Your auto response will not address this problem. I cannot find my way to the seller and I want to talk to a human being. Why will you not give that option? Can anyone help me to get what I paid for?

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

If you purchased as a guest please note: you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.

OP8 months agoI am an old man and I don't understand this crap and I have no idea what purchase history you are talking about. I don't have an account and I don't want one and I certainly don't intend to deal with eBay again.
Just give me what I paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a public forum, this is not eBay. We are volunteer members trying to help other members use eBay. There are over 1.6 MILLION Sellers on eBay, if you get something from a Seller and it doesn't work then you have to deal with the eBay Money Back Guarantee process if the Seller will not work with you. Many Sellers only have one of an item, so it's not like they can just send out another one.
I suspected you may have purchased as a Guest and do not have an account. My post up thread has a Help page that will allow you to return the item for a refund since it is not as described, "Does not match pictures or description".
I respect the fact that buying online may wind up not being something you are interested in and I am sincerely sorry that your eBay purchase went the way it did.
