I purchased some shoes that stars money back guarantee but now eBAY is stating they are not covered
Can anyone help? I would like to talk with someone in customer service but it’s cyclical in nature as it always send me to an automated assistant who is not helpful.
does anyone have a number to call?

Mentor3 years agoYou should be able to use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America.
Try typing "agent" into the chat window. You may need to provide some context keywords to reach the actual link so you can get a person from the correct department.
