I purchased item as a guest and want to return it. then I opened an account with the same email address that I purchased the item as a guest and can't locate the order I want to return.

Guest purchases are totally separate from any purchase made on your account. You would need to find the confirmation email you received for the purchase. It will have special log in instructions that apply only to that purchase. When you log in using those instructions you will be able to see your purchase. Does the seller accept returns? What is the reason why you want to return the item?
