Issues from surgery and did not have time to deal with it. Did not know I had a 90 day window. Is there anything that can be done now?

eBay can only help for 30 days after you receive your item, not 90.

Call your credit card issuer and ask if they can still open a dispute for a defective item. Most cards offer protection for 90 - 180 days.
