I purchased comics on eBay live that I never got
I purchased 3 comics to be sent to cgc in December never got the books what can I do it’s been so long seller keeps giving the run around

Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received. Do it quickly - most cards can help for 6 months, and you are already near the end of that.
